Welcome to the Utah Football Academy, the community for passionate Utah youth football players located in the South end of Salt Lake County that want to train, play and stay connected to the local youth football community all year long!
Our kids enjoy access to indoor turf fields, top of the line equipment, coaching and a state of the art gym.
We currently offer large group training programs & smaller group positional training every Saturday night from 6:30pm - 10:30pm.
We'll also be putting together teams for the Utah Football Academy Crusaders: competitive flag & 7 vs 7 teams with top kids from SL Valley to compete nationally.

UFA Programs
General Group Training Session
UFA currently offers two types of programs: General Group Training Session & Personalized Positional Training.

The group session goes from 6:30pm - 8pm every Saturday night starting on Jan. 25th through the end of June.
Participants in our general session will be divided into two groups; beginner & advanced.
Beginners will learn fundamental training techniques that enhance agility, coordination, and speed in a fun and engaging atmosphere. We will teach them the rules of the game, introduce them to the various positions, and generally increase their football skills, knowledge and proficiency. We will help them gain the confidence and strategic mindset necessary to excel during the 2025 tackle football season.

Advanced athletes will learn more dynamic training techniques. We'll dive deeper into game strategy & help them increase their football skills, knowledge and proficiency.

Players looking for in-depth positional training can sign up for our Positional group training program which runs from 8pm - 9pm every Saturday night from February 1st through the end of June. Here they will receive hands on training for their desired position.

This program will teach your player the skills, strategic mindset & insights needed to help them gain confidence in playing the position of their choice. We will prepare them mentally & physically to excel from day 1 at their 2025 tackle football season tryouts.

Our experienced, passionate coaches are committed to helping your kid learn every aspect of the game of football while receiving specialized training & knowledge on how to excel in their desired playing position.
Our programs are lead by former D1 college athletes with help from top local High School Players who the younger kids look up to and aspire to become.

We focus on honing technique, ensuring that each player achieves precision in their movements, routes, drills, tackling & training.
Our goal is to help them learn how to stay safe while practicing & playing, while optimizing their ability to improve speed, agility & skill development by learning the intricacies of how to master various strategies, routes & forms.

Utah Football Academy fosters a strong sense of community among its players. We believe in creating an inclusive, competitive environment that focuses on good sportsmanship and behavior from our coaching staff and players.
